Very little time yesterday to look for trades, but had an e- mail from Ladbrokes offering me a free £5 bet @ Cheltenham races. This could be converted into a risk free cash profit

As i was not going to  be around until late in the day and do not have an app for my mobile,  i concentrated on the 5 15 race
I needed to select a horse whose online Ladbrokes price was very close to Betfair lay price,
Bless the Wings was on offer @ 8 and available to lay @ 8.4 on Betfair
Placed the £5 free bet @ 8 with Ladbrokes, and laid £4 @ 8.4 with Betfair
Outcome
Should the horse win, Ladbrokes  +£35, Betfair -£29.60, profit £5.40
Should the horse lose, Ladbrokes nil as free bet, Betfair profit £4 less comm  +£3.60
Horse lost so profit of £3.60
